Are you an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager with a passion for driving excellence in aged care?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join a leading residential aged care provider, supporting multiple facilities across North and South of the River. This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality improvement initiatives, strengthen clinical governance, and ensure ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality, risk, and compliance across multiple residential aged care homes. You will work closely with Facility Managers and Clinical Leaders to embed best practice, support accreditation readiness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality, risk, and compliance initiatives across multiple aged care facilities.
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
Support homes through accreditation, audits, and regulatory visits.
Analyse quality indicators and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and clinical governance frameworks.
Provide coaching and guidance to Facility Managers and clinical teams on quality and compliance.
Investigate incidents, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in a Quality & Compliance Manager or senior quality role within residential aged care.
Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading accreditation, audits, and continuous quality improvement programs.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Relevant nursing or health qualifications (highly regarded).
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between Perth sites.

$125,000 - $140,000 + Super
