Susquehanna is looking for a Compliance Associate to support key aspects of our compliance and regulatory framework. In this role, you'll provide practical compliance guidance to business and support teams, assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations, conduct reviews to identify and address potential compliance risks, and take ownership of compliance policies and procedures. You'll work to ensure consistent regulatory interpretation, policy implementation, and issue escalation across the firm. What you'll do
Provide advice and compliance oversight to the business and support functions
Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations
Conduct routine reviews to identify and address potential compliance gaps
Take ownership of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current, practical, and aligned with regulatory requirements
Coordinate closely with Trading Compliance to ensure aligned regulatory interpretation, policy, and issue escalation
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience in a compliance role requiring critical thinking, coordination, and project management.
Knowledge of ASIC regulations and ASX Operating Rules.
Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player who enjoys partnering across business and support functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and explain complex regulatory concepts to a range of stakeholders.
